• THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR FRAUD

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting support.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination

• Outstanding payment obligations will survive termination
